HOW TO GET HERE
Directions
From the
A10 exit at junction 36 for Cognac, Pons. When you exit the toll booth, take the first
exit at the roundabout direction Cozes, Royan, Gemozac D732. Continue along the D732 until you reach another roundabout, approx 7mins, then
take the first exit and continue to the next roundabout, take the second exit,
to your left you will pass the supermarket SUPER U
continue over a disused railway line and at the next roundabout take the second
exit sign posted for ROYAN
D732 (the first
is a tiny little lane) you now have 1.5 miles to travel, pass the village sign
on the right CHADENIERS and a garage selling vans etc, continue straight on passing THE SQUAT CLUB on the right, the ARTISTS
SHOP on the left and you will see the
sign for L’Ancienne Ecole which is the next to last building on the left just before you
leave the village.
