Belle de Nuit offers open plan living with two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, a separate bathroom with shower. Belle de Nuit also has the benefit of air conditioning in the lounge-dining room area for a small extra fee. A small patio area to the front with barbeque and garden furniture.

La Rose is a studio apartment just for two fitted with a 4 poster bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The lounge / diner/ bedroom is fully equipped with the added benifit of air conditioning available at a small extra cost if required. Unfortunately La Rose does not have a private patio area but use can be made of the open areas.

Both Belle de Nuit and La Rose were originally the school rooms for L'Ancienne Ecole Gites and both boast the original wooden floors, which have been cleaned and sanded a little but have also been left with many of their markings and scars from years of use by the childern of Chadeniers and surrounding areas.
All four gites are fully equipped and include a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob, extractor, microwave, TV, dvd, English satellite and French (TNT) , sofas and chairs, dining table and seating with ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans and casserole dishes. The bedrooms (excluding La Rose) have large wardrobes with coat hangers, plenty of drawer space, mirror, side stand and lamp. A programmable digital safe is fitted in all gites and is available at no additional cost.
A mobile phone is provided with each gite, you can purchase top ups at all the supermarkets, the nearest of which is SUPER U. The network is SFR and top ups are available from 5 Euro's. We will notify you of the number along with your receipt for final payment and directions. The phone is pre-programmed with the landline and mobile numbers for L'Ancienne Ecole Gites, plus numbers for emergency, an English speaking doctor, and an English speaking emergency number and can also be used to call the UK
All bed linen, duvets, towels, pool towels and tea towels are included free of charge.
Cots, linen, high chairs and baby baths are also available at no additional cost. Please request at time of booking.
